A splash of rough weather

Whitecaps, wind and rain were the local forecast for Monday and Tuesday morning. An Environment Canada Weather Advisory for the Lakeland was in place on Monday, but lifted on Tuesday.

Good 'ol weather.

A day ago, the region was still under an Environment Canada Extreme Storm Advisory.

Two hours ago it was raining sideways, cold and miserable, with gusting winds of 52 kilometres per hour bending trees and churning the lakes.

Now it's overcast, a bit warmer, damp-ish, with a few wind gusts.

It should be splash-park time in Lac La Biche by 4.
