BREAKING: RCMP believe Goodfish Lake resident taken against her will

RCMP believe a 26-year-old resident of Goodfish Lake was taken against her will and now missing, along with her suspected captor. 

On Oct. 10 at 1:15 p.m. the St. Paul RCMP received a report of threats with a firearm at a residence at Goodfish Lake. When RCMP arrived, they saw signs the occupant of the home Teresa Kathleen Coutre was taken against her will and missing. 

Although the investigation is still ongoing, RCMP believe Coutre was forcefully taken from her home by 33-year-old Goodfish Lake resident Shelby Jackson.

The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit has been dispatched to the community to assist with the investigation.

RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in locating Coutre who is described as a woman with a medium complexion, with black hair and brown eyes. She stands at five-foot five-inches tall and weighs 134 pounds.

The RCMP are also looking for Jackson who is described as a man with a medium complexion, black hair, and brown eyes. Jackson stands at five foot, eight inches tall and weighs 230 pounds 

Both Coutre and Jackson have ties in Eastern Alberta, Fort McMurray, Edmonton and Lethbridge.

RCMP say Jackson is considered armed and dangerous, if seen do not approach call 911 immediately.
