ST. PAUL – Kicking off Shiver Fest in St. Paul was the Pancake Dinner and Family Fun at the St. Paul Recreation Centre on Feb. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Over 150 community members attended the event.

The aim of the event was simple - to see people smile, says Brenda Billo with the St. Paul Regional FCSS.

"It's a great way to connect to your family and your family."
