Airdrie RCMP seeking public's assistance with historic missing person case

Do you know anything about the disappearance of Albertan Jason Arthur Misurko (AKA Jason Bright)? He went missing 28 years ago and police are still looking for information.

The Airdrie RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance with a historical missing person investigation.

On Sept. 17, 1995, Jason Arthur Misurko (AKA Jason Bright), 23, was reported missing. He left Airdrie for Fort McMurray and, on the way, picked up a hitchhiker. They then left Fort McMurray for Valleyview, where he was last seen.

At the time of his disappearance he was the owner of a blue 1978 Oldsmobile Omega. At the time of his disappearance, Jason was described as 5 foot 8 inches tall and 135-140 pounds. He had brown hair and blue eyes,

Police have included an image of what Misurko looked like when he disappeared and an sketch of what he might look like today.
