A small plane went down in Foothills County on Aug 10.
Emergency crews were called at 3:45 p.m. and located the aircraft in a field east of Highway 2 and the High River Regional Airport.
Information about the number of occupants in the plane is not available but an EMS spokesperson said two adults were transported to hospital by ground ambulance with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
On arrival, crews reported that there was no fire or smoke visible from the plane.
The plane was travelling westbound approaching the airport to land, but no further details are known at this time.
The cause of the incident is unknown and RCMP remain on scene. The Transport Safety Board will be conducting an investigation.
