ST. PAUL - Quick response by RCMP to an early morning call regarding a suspect breaking and entering into an area of the industrial park in St. Paul lead to the arrest of a 25-year-old man, Dec. 7.
Shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, St. Paul RCMP received a 911 call for a suspect breaking and entering at a business.
"RCMP officers were out conducting proactive patrols, which resulted in their quick response to the call. Officers found and arrested the suspect, and held him for a judicial hearing," according to St. Paul police.
Cormac Crawford, 25, a resident of St. Paul, has been charged with breaking and entering with intent at a business, possession break-in instruments, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and mischief under $5,000.
Crawford was released with conditions and is set to appear before St. Paul Provincial Court on Jan. 5, 2023.
