Dewberry and Lac La Biche U11 in tight league series

Friday at Bold, Saturday in Marwayne, Sunday at Bold for U11 Clippers' series

The league pennant for the U-11 Northeast Alberta Hockey League could be a back-and-forth weekend series after the first game of three between Dewberry and the Lac La Biche Clippers on Friday night.

Both teams remained in a see-saw battle through most of the game on Bold Center ice, with Dewberry coming out on top after three quick goals in the last 10 minutes of the game. The 9-5 final score gives Dewberry the lead in the series, with the next game going Saturday in Dewberry. The teams are scheduled back in Lac La Biche Sunday at 11 am.
