ST. PAUL - Three teams from St. Paul Regional High School will be heading to the Northeast Alberta Schools' Athletic Association (NEASAA) zone curling championship in Lloydminster on Feb. 12 and 13.

Girls' and mixed curling teams from high schools in the area took to the ice at the St. Paul Curling Rink on Feb. 1 to wrap up this year's St. Paul Athletics Association (SPAA) competition. In the end, St. Paul Regional would claim both the girls' and mixed SPAA banners.

On the men's side, the SPRHS team would also get a spot at the NEASAA competition as the only men's team within SPAA.

SPRHS also had a second girls' team competing on Thursday. That team claimed the silver medals.
