On Sunday, June 6, 2021, Audrey Letourneau – a loving wife and mother of two – passed away at the age of 60 in her home in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Born on October 5, 1960 in Vancouver, British-Columbia, she spent much of her youth combing the beaches of Beach Grove, BC, where she first attended school alongside her brother and three sisters. She moved to Edmonton, Alberta in 1982 with the hope of furthering her schooling and setting down roots. There, she met Marc Létourneau and soon joined him in St. Paul, Alberta where they raised a family. She also completed post-secondary schooling including Early Childhood Development and later, she graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This led her to work with children with special needs in Edmonton Public Schools. She was also a painter, a musician, a music teacher, a gardener and songwriter. She was predeceased by her father-in-law, Ray Létourneau, her uncle, Bernd (Inge) Krengel and brother-in-law, André Létourneau. Mrs. Létourneau is survived by her loving husband, Marc, her two sons, Matthew (Gabriella) and Roger (Christine) Létourneau, as well as her mother, Robbin Gabriel, her father, Paul Odenwald, her brother, Dirk (Dawn) Odenwald, her sisters, Monica, Karen and Barbara (Pierre) Odenwald, her mother-in-law, Jeannette Letourneau, her sisters-in-law, Caroline (Brent) Trenholm, Roxanne (Harry) Dutchak, Marguerite (Doug) Haase, Lori (André) Létourneau, as well as many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial for immediate family was held on June 12, 2021 in Edmonton.
