On April 5, 2021, Mr. Allan Makokis of Goodfish Lake passed away at the age of 75 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Doreen; 3 sons, David, Leo Daniel & Brent; traditionally adopted children, Brian, Joey, Edith, Vicky, Stanley & Mackenzie; 6 grandchildren, Madison, Meadow, Roxanne, Cassandra, Dionne & Zane; great-grandson, Nathaniel; 2 sisters, Louise Bugghins & Doris Ross; brother, Dick Makokis; sisters-in-law, Laura Makokis & Joan Moses; special friend, Alice Anderson; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren & friends. Allan was predeceased by his parents, Alphonse & Margaret Makokis; traditionally adopted children, Fred, Darcy & Morgan Sparklingeyes; 3 brothers, Roy, Harvey & Danny; 4 sisters, Beatrice, Joan, Marjorie & Grace; in-laws, Marcus & Florence Sparklingeyes; brothers-in-law, Edgar & Henry Sparklingeyes; sister-in-law, Victoria Quinney. A Private Wake & Funeral Service will be held at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. Reverend Robert Wright will be officiating with interment in Protestant Cemetery, Goodfish Lake.
