To the Editor,
I thought that our community was a “People Kind Of Place” that would welcome new businesses to make our town grow. Instead, the people of this town chose to believe and spread malicious rumours causing the failure of two families who moved here from Ontario to succeed in our community. I want to apologize for the way our community treated you. You chose to move here expecting a much better reception than what you received. You deserved much better and it pained us to see you struggle for survival. What can we do? I often asked myself. Shame on us for not accepting new trusting people into our fold!
