LAKELAND - A handful of soccer teams from the Lakeland region participated in the Servus Youth Provincial Championships in Camrose from July 8-10 that saw dozens of rural teams from across Alberta participate.
Three teams in the region made the podium during the weekend play that saw U13 to U19 divisions participate. The St. Paul U19 and the Lakeland U17 boys team's both got gold, and the Bonnyville-Lac La Biche U15 girls team got Silver.
