NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REMOVAL OF PARK RESERVE DESIGNATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BYLAW 25-010 Take notice that the Council of Lac La Biche County is proposing to remove Park Reserve designation from a parcel of land within RL-8- 68-15-4, pursuant to Section 675 of the Municipal Government Act and a public hearing will be held to obtain public input on the proposed removal of reserve designation. The purpose of the proposed removal of part of the Park Reserve designation within Lot P2, Plan 5156KS is to address encroachment, access, and drainage concerns within the Bayview Beach subdivision.
