École Sainte Catherine holds Francophone Christmas concert

While the various grades of students sang and performed skits throughout the Francophone concert in French, individual students played instrumentals on piano.

LAC LA BICHE - The Ecole Sainte-Catherine Christmas concert, which took place on Dec. 19 at the Francophone school in Lac Lac La Biche, featured students from kindergarten to Grade 6 singing various Christmas songs such as O Nuit de Paix (Holy Night), L’Enfant au Tambour (Little Drummer Boy), and La Marche des Rois Mages (The March of the Kings).

In between the musical performances were short theatrical skits put on by students who acted out scenes, including Bethlehem at Christmastime

The Francophone school is part of the Conseil Scolaire Centre-Est school division.
