Cryptocurrency mines to be allowed in Sturgeon County, with rules
A Northern Alberta county has passed regulations that will allow cryptocurrency mining operations on gas plant sites. The notoriously noisy operations will need to be 1,500 metres from homes or have noise assessment and mitigation plans in place.
