BONNYVILLE – A pilot is safe after crashing a private float plane into a lake near Range Road 482A and Township Road 641.
Cpl. Troy Savinkoff, with Alberta RCMP, confirmed the crash happened at 8 a.m. on May 25, and when emergency services responded, the pilot was waiting for them and declined medical assistance.
Transport Canada will be investigating the crash.
