He will appear in the Bonnyville Provincial Courthouse on Dec. 18.

Impaired driver located by Fish and Wildlife

“They requested our assistance, so a member attended out on Hwy. 55,” Parke said.

It was determined the female driver was impaired by alcohol. Breath samples revealed she was over three times the legal limit.

She was charged with impaired operation and driving over .08, and is scheduled to appear in court in January.

By the time officers had arrived, the vehicle had departed.

Parke asks that anyone with information contact the detachment, even if it wasn’t a criminal matter.
