Milestones and memories made at third annual Resiliency Awards

A special performance by the Juno-winning group Bearhead Sisters helped celebrate the Bonnyville Chamber of Commerce's 75th year of operations.

BONNYVILLE - The third annual Business Resiliency Awards was a time to look back and reflect on the hard work, tenacity and perseverance of businesses operating in Bonnyville.

The evening also helped celebrated 75 years that the Bonnyville and District Chamber of Commerce has been serving its community members.

During the awards ceremony, held on the evening of Oct. 5, the Chamber's executive director Serina Parsons spoke to the organization's purpose of supporting and maintaining a vibrant local economy.

Parsons shared that the Chamber plays a vital role in "promoting economic growth, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the overall well-being of our region."

Lise Fielding, the president of the Bonnyville Chamber followed by saying, "One of the Chamber's most significant achievements is its ability to bring together businesses from various sectors and sizes, creating a supportive network that encourages collaboration and innovation...
