One night, two males, two businesses broken into

On April 18, at approximately 4 a.m., Cold Lake police were dispatched to a commercial glass break alarm at the Red Rooster.

When officers arrived they found that a white Ford F-350 flatbed truck backed into the building.

Two males had broken in and stolen cigarettes and candy bars.

Officers were called to a second alarm at the Cold Lake No Frills, where police found the door broken-in using the same vehicle.

RCMP are continuing to investigate and are asking the public with help identifying the vehicle or the suspects.

Police are notifying the public not to approach the vehicle or the suspects, but instead, to contact the RCMP immediately.

Cold Lake police seeking wanted male

On March 25, Cold Lake RCMP responded to multiple break and enter complaints to local businesses.

Video surveillance obtained allowed officers to identify the suspect as Michael Kyle Jordan Daniels of Cold Lake.

Daniels is also known to go by the name Jared Jacknife.

He’s described as a First Nations male, who’s 5’1” in height and 160-lbs, with black hair with a notable scar on his scalp and brown eyes.

RCMP are asking the public not to approach Daniels as his behaviour may be unpredictable.
