COLD LAKE - A 21-year-old Cold Lake resident has been charged in relation to a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred in November 2020.
As a result of the Cold Lake RCMP's investigation into the November 5, 2020 crash, Coby Badger has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, operation of a motor vehicle without holding a subsisting operator's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and transporting liquor in an open container.
Badger is scheduled to appear in court May 12.
