Teddy bear repair workshop stitches up loved toys

Some beloved stuffed animals that needed mending were given new life at a teddy bear repair workshop in Cold Lake.

COLD LAKE - Barb Hollis was at the Cold Lake Public Library on March 30 to repair a few beloved stuffed animals that needed mending.

Before sewing them up, the children who owned them were invited to help re-stuff them, pick a bandage to cover the stitch marks, and help apply it. The repaired animals went home with dazzling new collars that resembled diamond necklaces.

This was the second teddy bear repair workshop Hollis has done at the library.
