Archery Nationals take over Lac La Biche from Aug. 2-9

The competition has drawn hundreds of archers from coast to coast to the community to compete.

LAC LA BICHE – From Aug. 2-9, hundreds of professional archers from coast to coast are in Lac La Biche to compete 2025 3D, Field, and Target Outdoor Canadian Championships.

Throughout the week, the archers have been competing on wooded courses at the Lakeland Archers Club as well as on the artificial turf fields at the Bold Centre. The competitions involve shooting at standard targets as well as 3D targets depicting various wild animals such as bears, bighorn sheep, and deer.

The last time Lac La Biche played host to the nationals was in 2014.
