While scientists are still debating why dinosaurs went extinct, local RCMP officers are wondering why a dinosaur went missing in Lac La Biche.
The $750 3D target on the arena home to the Lakeland Archer's was taken sometime last week from the roof of the building. The six-foot-tall creature was partnered with a giant arrow and a 3-D elk target on top of the Main Street archery building.
The dinosaur is green in colour and comes apart in three pieces. It is brand new and was going to be used for nationals this August which will be hosted by the Lac La Biche archery club.
