LAC LA BICHE - People who stopped by the Bold Centre on Dec. 9 were given an opportunity to meet Brian Jean, the MLA for Fort McMurray-Lac La Biche and the provincial minister of Energy and Minerals. The meet-and-greet event gave visitors an opportunity to share their ideas and concerns with the area representative.
The Christmas meet and greet session ran from 12-2:30 p.m. and was organized by Jean’s office and Lac La Biche County council, with council members in attendance. Throughout the early afternoon, Jean was busy shaking hands and speaking with constituents while sharing a few laughs.
The event also featured refreshments and a light lunch, as well as a chance for any children attending with family members to meet with Santa Claus.
The Christmas meet and greet events for Brian Jean are held in Lac La Biche and Fort McMurray.
