ST. PAUL - About 30 locals took to the streets to protest violence against women and girls at the Foundry Park on main street, Feb. 14. Organized by the Capella Centre and the St. Paul and District Arts Foundation, the flash mob was St. Paul's first One Billion Rising event, a global movement that aims to end rap and sexual violence against women.
