RCMP hoping to track down custom bicycles

Vermilion RCMP as asking residents to keep an eye out for a couple of stolen custom bicycles, and keep them in mind if they show up on a buy and sell.

LAKELAND - Vermilion RCMP as asking for the public's help to find two custom bicycles that were stolen from a residential property within the Town of Vermilion.

On May 2, RCMP received a report of a theft that involved the two bicycles. The bikes were taken from the area of 50th St. and 43A Ave. sometime between 1:#0 a.m. and 10 a.m.

"The stolen bicycles are very unique and were custom built and designed," according to RCMP.

The first bicycle is described as:

  • Pacific Coast Chopper
  • Red in colour
  • 24 inch front wheel
  • 20 inch fat rear wheel
  • Chrome BMX handle bars

The second bicycle is described as:

  • KJ BMX
  • Orange in colour
  • 5 spoke wheels
  • Bell on right side of handlebars

Vermillion RCMP are asking everyone to keep an eye out for these unique bicycles and also to keep them in mind should someone be offering these for sale on a buy and sell.
