ST. PAUL - The St. Paul Municipal Library, along with a number of community partners, welcomed over 100 people to the library on Jan. 31 for Family Literacy Day. The event included crafts, judging of a cardboard building contest, local author Eileen Schuh, and plenty of other fun activities.
