LAKELAND - Police are looking for information from Albertans regarding crimes committed against persons involving youth online.
A police investigation began in August of 2021.
"The offences are believed to have occurred in northeastern Alberta sometime prior to approximately June 2021," according to RCMP.
Alberta RCMP investigators have identified Venessa Leeann Horsnett as a subject of their investigation.
Alberta RCMP are now hoping to locate individuals who may have been contacted by Horsnett, or by someone matching Horsnett’s description, since police believe she may have been using an alias.
Horsnett is described as being 5'7" tall,and weighing 254 lbs. She has a light complexion, black hair and blue eyes.
