The Bonnyville Sr. Pontiacs picked up two wins in their back-to-back games against the Eckville Eagles. In game one of the weekend, on Saturday, Jan. 7, the play was back and forth all the way through.

Canada West finished their World Junior A Challenge on a high note with a 5-3 victory over team Switzerland on Friday, Dec. 16, claiming fifth place overall in the World Junior A Challenge.
