The Lac La Biche Clippers will be hosting the St. Paul Canadiens this afternoon, following a Clippers' win on Friday night in St. Paul.

LAKELAND - The Lac La Biche Clippers came out on top following Friday night's NEAJBHL game at the Clancy Richard Arena in St. Paul, despite the home team Canadiens taking an early 2-0 lead in the first period.

But, the Clippers would tie the game before the first 20 minutes of play was up.

Heading in to the second period, the Clippers scored three unanswered goals, before the Canadiens pushed hard and fought back, netting three goals of their own.

But, the Canadiens would have a hard time adding to the scoreboard, and it would be the Clippers who would pull ahead in the third period with two goals, and a final score 7-5.

On Sunday afternoon, the Clippers would host the Canadiens at 4 p.m. at the Bold Center.
