LAKELAND - After a day of competition on the track in St. Paul, it would be the host, St. Paul Regional High School claiming the 3A North East Alberta Schools' Athletic Association (NEASAA) banner, while Notre Dame High School from Bonnyville claimed the 2A zone banner, and St. Mary's Catholic School in Vegreville won the 1A zone banner.
Students from across northeastern Alberta gathered in St. Paul on May 24 for the zone track and field competition. Students who finished in the top will move on to compete at provincials, set to take place in early June at Foote Field in Edmonton.
