St. Paul Saints host skills basketball tournament

ST. PAUL - Thanks to relaxed public health measures, inter-school sports are back on the schedule for area schools.

A Saturday match-up between St. Paul Regional High School and Glendon School was also one of the first opportunities for parents to watch high school athletes in-person. The St. Paul high school hosted a skills tournament for basketball athletes who have been kept off the court due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

When the tournament wrapped up, the St. Paul girls’ team took first place, and the St. Paul boys’ team took third. The Ashmont boys’ team won first place, edging out the team from Cold Lake High School by one point.
