HOUSTON (AP) — Wayne Graham, who coached the Rice baseball team to seven College World Series appearances and the 2003 national championship, has died. He was 88. The university announced Graham died Tuesday night in Austin.

ISTANBUL (AP) — Souleymane “Sol” Bamba, who played for Cardiff in the English Premier League, has died. He was 39. Bamba was coaching at Turkish club Adanaspor, which said Saturday he had died in the city of Manisa.
