Helen Diachuk (nee Sawchuk)

1918-2020

Helen Diachuk was born in Bellis, AB on August 2, 1918 to Theodore & Irene Sawchuk. The 3^rd of 10 children, she lived much of her adult life in Hylo, AB and had one son. After moving to Langley, BC in 1961, she continued living independently until the age of 96 when she moved to Evergreen Nursing Home in White Rock, BC. She loved her Saviour and had a faithful prayer ministry through her entire 101 years. She is survived by: Son - Lawrence (Karen) Diachuk; Granddaughters - Christy (David) deGreeff, Suzanne (Darrell) Fast & Allison (Tom) Millar; 5 great-grandchildren – Jasmine, Adalyn, Brendan, Silas & Tate; 3 surviving sisters & numerous extended family members. We rejoice that she is now with her Saviour, Jesus Christ, in her eternal home.
