It is with profound sadness that the family of Yves Leon Joly of St-Paul, Alberta announce his passing on April 24th, 2024 at the age of 62 years. Yves will be dearly missed by his siblings, Cécile, Nicole (Pierre), Pauline (Hubert), Jean-Guy (Jenny), Francine (Wayne), Monique (Curtis) and Marie-Line; his brother-in-law, Bernie; his nephews and nieces all of whom he had a very special relationship with, Lise-Anne, Julie (Curtis), Laurier (Megan), Martine, Camille, Annie (Jon), Jean, Yves, Sofiá, Shayne (Stephanie), Kyle (Isabel), Travis (Alyssa), Zachary (Kelsey) and Bailey (Tristan); his grand-nephews and nieces, Zénon, Maelle, Roch, Amelie, Marie, Leo, Sebastian and Maxine; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves Irmgard, an extraordinary friend, who will lean on the many good memories she made with Yves. As a life-long resident of St-Paul, Yves’ memory will also be cherished by many friends and acquaintances. Predeceased by his parents, Bernadette and Laurent, sister Madeleine and brother-in-law Alcide, Yves will be welcomed in to heaven with open arms. A private family gathering will be held in the coming weeks. In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to take a moment to tell your friends and family how much you love them.
