It is with profound sadness that the family of Lucienne Eugenie Hotte announces her passing on February 10, 2020 at the age of 93 years.
Lucienne will be forever loved and remembered by her children: Edward (Elisabetta) Hotte of Bangkok, Estelle (Jack) Dalton of Leduc, Alberta, Suzanne Balla of Calgary, Alberta, Yvon (Beverly) Hotte of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Lorraine (Marcel) van der Lans of Calgary, Alberta; twelve grandchildren: Anna Marie, Maria Teresa, Rachelle, Jarret (Kim), Justin, Sean (Ange), Karmen (Greg), Brandon (Jen), Savannah (Shane), Joshua, Shane, Leigh; and thirteen great grandchildren: Alexa, Rylee, Evan, Sierra, Makenna, Lauren, Logan, Zachary, Sawyer, Bailey, Kane, Max and Sloane. As well, she is survived by her sisters: Beth Welychka of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta and Laura Auger of Richmond, British Columbia. Lucienne was predeceased by her husband Roland; parents: Yvonne (Gingras) and Benoit Bordeleau; by brothers: Adrien and Albert; sister: Jeanne and by son-in-law: David Balla.
Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, AB with Father Rene Realuyo as celebrant. Final resting place, Holy Family Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bonnyville, Alberta.
Pallbearers: Brandon Balla, Jarret Dalton, Sean Dalton, Justin Dalton, Shane Blacquier, Joshua Hotte, Leigh van der Lans.
