Morris (Moe) Oester May 25/42 – Feb 23/24 On February 23, Moe Oester of Bonnyville/Elk Point passed away at the age of 81. He will be forever remembered by his many friends and family. Moe is survived by his son Kevin, his daughter Cynthia, her children Emma, Talia & Noah, and his brother Fred and his family. Moe was the local plumber (Rangeland Plg & Htg) in the two communities of Elk Point and Bonnyville, respectively, for the past 44 years. He will be remembered for his comical personality, joking sense of humor, and strong work ethic! As well as being a plumber/gasfitter, he raised pigs, 200 sows to finish, and grain farmed 3 quarters of land near Elk Point. Also, later in the Bonnyville area, he raised cattle & calved up to 100 cows, all while accommodating his plumbing customers. He often worked for coffee and cookies. Moe was also involved in the world of Rodeo, he started roping calves and then shortly after began Team Roping with his boy. This was a big part of his life, he believed there was only one sport, Rodeo, and the Team Roping’s that go along with it. You knew Moe was around when you heard “hey little girl” or “hey young fellar.” Moe was also a Masonic Lodge member and a Shriner. Moe’s cremation has already taken place, however there will be a “Celebration of Life” in the summer, to be held at the farm.

Rest In Peace Ol’ Boy!! “Your entry fees have been paid"
