On January 15, 2024, Caroline Shankowski of Elk Point passed away at the age of 95 years. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Shirley (Clifford) Rolheiser & Maryanne (Gary) Kozicky; 2 sons, Philip (Chris) Shankowski & Tim (Lorraine) Shankowski; 9 grandchildren, Stephen (Flor), Janey (Trevor), Valerie (John), Ryan (Anna), Loren (Krystal), Kurt (Alyssa), Lisa (Justin), Todd (Shaylene) & Daniel; 6 great-grandchildren, Shayden, Jayda, Lauchlan, Townsend, Bianca & Brooks; numerous nieces & nephews. Mrs. Shankowski was predeceased by her husband, Harry; parents, Annie & Steve Sumislawski; brothers, Stan & Joe; sister, Helen. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Elk Point.
