It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Helen Sribney on May 3, 2024, at the age of 96 years.
Helen was born in Poland to Stanley and Stella Baranowski on June 26, 1927. Helen married Steve Sribney on June 18, 1950 and they raised six children on the family farm southeast of Elk Point. In 1994, they retired to St. Paul and then to Edmonton in 2012.
Helen is predeceased by her husband Steve. She is survived by her six children; Larry, Lois (Peter) Rasmussen, Brian (Julie), Beatrice (Larry) Lindstrom, Daniel (Nirlep) and Michael. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
