It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our beloved mother, grandmother (Gramma), and great-grandmother (Gramma Grace), Grace Weldon who passed away August 1, 2025, at the age of 89 years.

Grace is survived by sister, Catherine Attrill. She will be forever remembered by son, Robert (Dianne) Weldon, grandchildren Robbi and Katie; son, Steven (June) Weldon, granddaughters Kasey and Jessica; daughter, Sharon (Tim) Arnott, grandchildren Keegan and Kelsi; great-grandchildren, Thea, Brooke, Isla, Eli, and Rayla.

Grace is lovingly remembered by sister-in-law, Iris Moodie and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her good friends in Cold Lake.

Grace was predeceased by her parents George and Emily Moodie, husband R. Vinton Weldon, and siblings Alex and Geo Moodie.

Grace spent 54 years with her loving husband, Vint travelling the country due to military postings. All 3 of their children being born in 3 different cities. They finally settled in Cold Lake where Grace enjoyed entertaining the 6 grandchildren that eventually came along. Grace was also an athletic lady who tried many different sports over the years. After the sports were done, she became involved in numerous hobbies. Ceramics and genealogy being her most passionate endeavours. She will be missed by all who knew her.

A family memorial service was held on August 7, 2025, in Fort Saskatchewan. Cremation has taken place and Cold Lake interment will occur later in 2026.
