I love how you buy a place in st. albert, you know, based on the plans etc you see in the builders show homes, city websites.. and then, the developer decides they want even more dough, so the city is told to comply, you know, because, how often in the last 20 years has the city EVER said NO to a developer... and kaplow!! Rezone! Redistrict! Change!

So why does St. Albert council continue to expropriate land for expansion? All it's done is increase our traffic, increase our taxes (they haven't gone down have they).

We MUST Stop treating this flu/cold virus as a deadly pandemic. it is an AGE and Health status specific disease. 80% of those dying are over 70 with at LEAST 2 comorbidities. Obesity in almost all of them. (78%).
