I have had a bad experience with Best buy and will never buy from them again,
When you buy a product from them, and if you have a simple question,
Your sent off to a third party that knows nothing of your situation,
And try phoning the store, As mentioned you can't, always a third party in another city
And do you think that is fair, living 1 hour away from where you bought said item
Definitely not for me to buy from best but stores even if they rebrand.
