GOODRIDGE - The Goodridge 4-H Beef Club would like to thank everyone who attended the annual public speaking event Feb. 25.
Members would like to give a big shout out to everybody who made this day possible, from the judges to the mistress of ceremonies and to all the parents who gave their time to make the day a success.
A big congratulations goes out to all of this year's public speaking winners.
The junior public speaking second place winner was Aurora Janz and in first place Sierra Robinson.
The second place winner in the intermediate category was Abbigail Janz and in first place Kali Janz.
The second place winner in the senior category was Austin Kwiatkowski and in first place Naya Janz.
Members would also like to congratulate the brave cleaver member, Lexie Kwiatkowski, who wrote and presented a wonderful speech on pigs.
All the members did an amazing job at this year’s public speaking event. Keep your eyes and ears open for future club events such as, our club show and annual barbecue.
