St. Paul Minor Ball is holding a virtual raffle fundraiser to replace the field maintenance vehicle that was stolen and damaged in early July.

ST. PAUL – St. Paul Minor Ball is running an online 50/50 fundraiser after its field maintenance vehicle was stolen and damaged two weeks ago.

The field maintenance vehicle, a John Deere Gator utility vehicle, was stolen on July 4, according to Greg Laramee, president of the club.

“We recovered it the same day, but it was deemed inoperable,” he said.

The front and steering linkage were damaged with some parts missing. The battery, front clip, gear, and key of the gator were also missing.

To raise funds for a replacement, the club is running the 50/50 raffle, with participants having the chance to win up to $10,000. To buy a ticket, visit: go.raffle-rocket.com/Get-a-New-Gator
