ST. PAUL - St. Paul RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 36-year-old Alex Bugghins. Alex was last seen Aug. 22, 2025, between 4 and 4:30 p.m., in St. Paul.
Alex is described as:
- Medium complexion;
- 6 feet 3 inches tall and 238 pounds;
- Brown eyes and short black hair.
