St. Paul RCMP have arrested Fallon Jessica Ouellette in relation to an impaired driving causing death investigation. An arrest warrant was issued for the 27-year-old woman earlier this week.
St. Paul RCMP have arrested Fallon Jessica Ouellette in relation to an impaired driving causing death investigation. An arrest warrant was issued for the 27-year-old woman earlier this week.
"At this time, Fallon Jessica Ouellette remains in police custody," says a media release from RCMP, received Friday night. The arrest warrant related to a fatal collision that claimed the lives of two people, east of the Mallaig turnoff on June 30.
According to an earlier RCMP media release, Fallon Jessica Ouellette, of Calgary, was been charged with nine counts, including two counts of impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death, impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, two counts of impaired operation of a motor vehicle over 0.80 causing death, impaired operation of a motor vehicle over 0.80 causing bodily harm, two counts of dangerous driving causing death, and dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
The arrest warrant was issued following an investigation into the collision that claimed the life of a 49-year-old man and his 52-year-old common-law wife. Bystanders pulled the man's 12-year-old daughter from the minivan as it became engulfed in flames, as a result of the collision.
