The St. Paul Figure Skating Club held its annual showcase at the Clancy Richard Arena on March 17, offering young skaters a chance to get out on the ice and show off the skills they have been working on over the winter months.

On March 14, students from École Racette Junior High School donated over $1,600 worth of food to the St. Paul food bank.

Youth can literally walk in, hang out, study, complete school assignments, get some free snacks, and just say hello.

The increase could cost St. Paul Education $200,000 more.

While the design process for a proposed new school in Mallaig has moved ahead over the past 12 months, the school was not included in the province's list of new school builds, leaving some uncertainty around when construction of a new school might begin.

The calendar was approved during the March 12 meeting of the board, which was held in Bonnyville.
