Bonnyville man remanded into custody in connection to auto theft

BONNYVILLE – A 32-year-old Bonnyville man has been remanded in custody after being charged with theft of motor vehicle and driving while prohibited. 

The Bonnyville RCMP responded to a report of a truck that had been stolen from a residence in Glendon at 5 a.m. on May 22.  

The truck was later located by Cold Lake RCMP, which resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old man from Bonnyville, according to police. 

Ryan Greer is facing charges of theft of motor vehicle and driving while prohibited. He was brought before a Justice of the Peace and was remanded into custody.
