Glen Bringleson, the 55-year-old Fort Kent man charged with sexually assaulting a car dealership employee, has adjourned his matters.
His next appearance in Cold Lake court is set for Dec. 11, when Bringleson will speak to the charges that stem from the Oct. 4 incident.
According to RCMP, Bringleson was charged with sexual assault, forcible confinement, unsafe storage of a firearm, and unauthorized possession of a firearm after he requested a test drive from a Cold Lake car dealership. A female employee accompanied Bringleson on the trip and during the course of the test drive, she was taken to a secluded area and sexually assaulted by the accused.
After executing a search warrant on Bringleson's home, police seized electronic devices.
He was released on conditions including not to attend any car dealership in Alberta, and he is prohibited from possessing a cellphone with photo/video capabilities.
