GLENDON - RCMP have arrested one man in relation to the suspicious deaths near Glendon.
The RCMP Major Crimes Unit announced April 1 the suspect in custody has been charged with two counts of second degree murder.
Around 4 a.m. on March 28, Bonnyville RCMP responded to a call from a citizen who reported two males on the road outside of a parked truck. While on scene at Twp Rd 622 and RR 484, Bonnyville RCMP determined both men were deceased. The circumstances of their death appeared suspicious and the Major Crimes Unit was called in.
After autopsies of the victims were completed, it was deemed a homicide and both men died from gunshots.
The RCMP won't be releasing the names of the accused or the victims until the information is sworn in.
